Data Deletion Instructions

Autumn Summers Books operates the Autumn Summers Analytics App, an internal business application used to access and analyze advertising performance information through Meta's Marketing API.

The App is not a consumer facing application and does not use Facebook Login to create individual user accounts.

Requesting Data Deletion

If you believe information associated with you has been processed or stored by the Autumn Summers Analytics App and you would like that information deleted, you may submit a deletion request by email.

Please include enough information for us to identify and process your request.

What Happens After a Request

After receiving a valid deletion request, Autumn Summers Books will:

1. Review the request and identify applicable information under our control.

2. Delete or anonymize applicable information where appropriate.

3. Retain information only where required for legitimate legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, or regulatory purposes.

4. Confirm completion of the request when appropriate.

Information Used by the App

The Autumn Summers Analytics App is designed primarily to process advertising and campaign performance information associated with Autumn Summers Books' Meta advertising accounts.

This may include information such as:

1. Campaign, ad set, ad, and creative identifiers.

2. Advertising spend and delivery metrics.

3. Click, engagement, and conversion metrics.

4. Purchase counts and attributed advertising revenue.

5. Other aggregated advertising performance information provided through Meta's Marketing API.

The App is not designed to collect or maintain individual Facebook or Instagram user profiles, private messages, friends lists, photographs, or personal social media content.
