Autumn Summers Books ("we," "us," or "our") operates an internal application that connects to Meta's Marketing API for advertising analytics and reporting purposes (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains what information the App accesses, how that information is used, stored, and protected, and the choices available regarding that information.

1. Purpose of the App

The App is an internal business tool used by Autumn Summers Books to retrieve and analyze advertising performance data from Meta platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

The App is not a consumer-facing application and does not provide public account registration or Facebook Login.

The App is used to help us:

• Evaluate campaigns, ad sets, ads, and creative performance

2. Information We Access

Through the Meta Marketing API, the App may access information associated with advertising assets owned or managed by Autumn Summers Books.

• Ad identifiers and names

• Advertising creative information

• Advertising spend

• Impressions and reach

• Other aggregated advertising metrics made available through the Meta Marketing API

The App is not designed to collect individual Facebook or Instagram users' names, email addresses, phone numbers, private messages, posts, photographs, friends lists, or other personal profile content.

We do not use Facebook Login for the App.

3. How We Use Information

Information accessed through the Meta Marketing API is used solely for legitimate internal business purposes related to Autumn Summers Books' advertising and marketing operations.

We may use this information to:

• Measure advertising performance

• Calculate advertising efficiency and return on advertising spend

• Identify successful and unsuccessful advertising campaigns or creative materials

• Analyze trends over time

• Compare advertising performance with ecommerce sales data

We do not use information obtained through the App to build profiles about individual Facebook or Instagram users.

Because the App is an internal advertising-management and analytics tool and does not use Facebook Login, it generally does not maintain individual Facebook or Instagram user accounts.

8. Meta Platforms

The App uses Meta's Marketing API and may receive information provided through Meta Platforms, Inc.

Meta's own collection, use, and processing of information is governed by Meta's applicable privacy policies and terms. This Privacy Policy applies to Autumn Summers Books' handling of information accessed through our App and does not govern Meta's independent practices.

9. Children's Privacy

The App is an internal business analytics tool and is not directed toward children.

We do not knowingly use the App to collect personal information directly from children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our data practices, applicable law, or Meta's platform requirements change.

When changes are made, the updated version will be posted at the same publicly accessible URL and the effective date will be revised.
